I was hooked from the start. Such a subtle, yet brilliantly descriptive line. Followed by many others.

That was particularly good. My favorite line: “Jerry wants me to wither; to marry him so I cant be compelled to testify against him.” Like Bone was saying, that’s efficient writing.
